How many times have you seen a group of sales people sitting around shooting the breeze and claiming that they are really going to go at it and finally see the results that they crave and that it won]’t be long before they get started? If you start thinking about this you can see what a waste of energy it is to even bother talking about things like this because they are not results and results are exactly what we must be focused on as sales people because otherwise we get into the trap of fantasies and big talk. Those are not something that anyone wants to be known for so it is very important to know exactly where your top concerns lie in the sales world. If you are focused on higher numbers, which most of us are naturally going to be, then you need to begin thinking about taking things to the next level as quickly as possible. Sales is about volume because one sale is not enough to live on for very long now is it? That’s right, we have to hustle to make things work out well.

This means keeping a tight focus on the types of customers whom we can approach that are going to give us the best possible results every single time and these are almost always going to be the people such as sweepstakes leads that are going to be already prone to buying from us because they are in that special buyer’s mood.
